Gerry Gurr, former Southampton F.C. goalkeeper – 1998

Gerry Gurr was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis at the age of 45.  Spinal Stenosis is an incredibly painful back complaint caused by a narrowing of the spinal canal, which compresses the nerves travelling through the spine into the legs.  He had successful NHS treatment in the early 1990′s but the problem resurfaced in 1998.  Gerry saw the News of the World feature on Ray and Paul in February 1998 and decided to try the spiritual route.  He was successfully treated at a clinic held in Leicestershire.

“I cannot speak highly enough of Paul, Ray and Gillian.  I tell people in terrible pain to go and see Paul.  I also tell them that it is irrelevant whether they believe that Paul is the spirit of St Paul or not.  He might get them out of jail!”      Gerry Gurr/May 1998
