After many years of back pain and the conventional route via the NHS and private consultations with an orthopaedic surgeon, I was diagnosed with a bulging perforated disc, another dehydrated disc, and degenerative disc disease.

This February, my life was on hold yet again with back pain. I was housebound with back spasms which came with such force I was forced to lay face down on the lounge floor for several days.  It was an effort to crawl up the stairs so I camped out downstairs.  As I was lying there, I noticed something  tucked under the television.  As I inched my way towards it, I could see it was a video, the title said “Ray Brown, Spiritual Healer”.  I had no idea how it came to be there or who sent it.  Possibly it may have been sent up to 9 years ago by a caring friend/person but I was not receptive to any healing other than conventional at that time.  Anyway, I played it immediately and noticed Ray/Paul healing many back problems.  I phoned Ray’s secretary Carol and left a message for her to call me back with a possible appointment.

The next day, a relative visited who I was not expecting.  My cousin George had not been to my house before but he wanted to make sure I was ok.  The door was unlocked because I could not get up with ease, so George came into the lounge…. I had just rolled off my electric blanket when I noticed a blue spark coming off the blanket..within seconds billowing black smoke filled the room and George quickly unplugged the blanket and threw it outside onto the damp grass.  This fire would have quickly spread and I really don’t think I could have moved quick enough to escape it.  I was beyond grateful that George had arrived.

As he was opening all the windows due to the room being black with smoke, the phone rang and it was Carol saying she had a cancellation for Ray brown that coming week and would I like to take it?  At the time I was in shock, and for some reason, and I am not sure why,  I was laughing possibly due to nerves.  Carol simply said it was nice to hear someone in pain laugh.
At the same time to get away from the fire I had moved with some difficulty , and I now happened to be sitting under a photo of my dad who has passed away.  I always like to think dad is watching over me.

Now I really am believing in fate because George and Carol both came through at the same time for me.  On reflection I also think that Dad and Paul may have also been there in spirit protecting me?  I hate to think what would have happened if George had not been there.  Either the house or myself could have gone up in smoke.

That Thursday I had to be driven to Bury.  I was in a lot of pain and could only bear the journey on my hands and knees on the back seat of the car.  Please bear in mind that I had to find someone to drive me to the clinic who would not ridicule my interest in a spiritual healer.  I chose my x dance partner Richard to drive me to the clinic having programmed my trusty tom tom to find the way.

However, all I told him was that I was seeing a back specialist.  On our way into Bury St Edmunds, he wanted to follow the signs for the hospital.  I assured him we were going the right way, so he looked a bit baffled when we pulled into a community centre.  He said you stay here while I go to investigate.  He returned with 3 healers who said Paul knew I was waiting and in pain and would see me next.  Richard innocently said, who is Paul, she is seeing Ray brown.

I told the healers I would wait my turn, and one of them said “Would you please just accept the love and grace others are tring to show you”.  I thought, what a nice thing to say.  I could not imagine the NHS saying that…. In the meantime, Richard still looked puzzled, but I was in too much pain to explain what was really going on. The healers helped me out of the car and almost carried me into the clinic.

When I met Ray, I did not know he was Paul!  Paul went straight to the problem area of my back and performed spiritual surgery on me by  moving  a trapped nerve  with his fingers which gave me instant pain relief.  Richard could not believe his eyes and thought he had witnessed a miracle.  Richard said he seemed to stare into your back and started to solve the problem within seconds. After two more visits to Paul, he moved the disc gently back into place once the nerves had calmed down.  I now have such a great faith base and thank Paul for giving me my life back.  I am eternally grateful.

Oh and  just for the record, Richard now believes in Ray/Paul and his relatives are now patients of Paul.
